AU History: Angel was born to Jack and [redacted] Jones on the Ryslig peninsula, and lived a fairly normal life for her first 10 years until her mother was suddenly taken from her in a car accident. Jack, already overprotective and controlling, went into overdrive: pulling her from school and limiting her time outside home unsupervised significantly although he later re-enrolled her once she was old enough to be in highschool.
Angel graduated top of her class with honors and champion of the chess team, although she shied away from any attention this accomplishments offered her. She now works assisting her father's company and still doing occasional tutoring and coaching of the current high school chess team on the side. All while dreaming about going off to RysligU to forge a path for herself, studying entrance exams for engineering in secret.
